Course Description
Note: A place must be booked for each child or young person using the facilities. Spaces are limited to 8 per 2-hour session. We understand how important it is to provide a peaceful and supportive environment for home education. Whether you’re a parent or carer, our space is designed to help children and families thrive in their learning journey. What We Offer: Computers for Research & Learning - access a range of computers for exploring, researching, and advancing knowledge. Comfortable Study Areas - enjoy a variety of seating options for quiet study or collaborative group work. Relaxing Break Space - children can take breaks, relax, and recharge in a comfortable, calming area. Outdoor Space -a peaceful outdoor area where children can enjoy fresh air and engage in physical activity. Refreshments - stay energised with a selection of drinks and snacks available throughout your visit. A warm, welcoming atmosphere - our space is designed to be inclusive and friendly, making everyone feel at home.

Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for learners, parents, and carers. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all. 1. Sign-In/Out • Sign in and out at reception on arrival and departure for safety and record-keeping. 2. Respectful Behaviour • Be kind and respectful to everyone. • Use the space and materials responsibly; clean up after yourself. 3. Safety • Children must be supervised at all times unless in a session. • Report hazards or unsafe conditions to staff. • Accidents should be reported immediately; a first aider is on-site. 4. Safeguarding • Report any concerns about a child’s wellbeing to staff. All reports are handled confidentially and seriously. 5. Consideration for Others • Keep noise to a minimum in quiet areas. • Share spaces like seating, computer, and relaxed areas respectfully. 6. Break-Out Space • A private break-out space is available for quiet reflection. Please respect its purpose. 7. Technology Use • Use computers/devices for educational purposes only. • Do not access inappropriate websites or engage in disruptive online activity. 8. Refreshments • Refreshments are available in the kitchen area. • Clean up after use and dispose of rubbish properly. 9. Breaks & Socialising • Maintain quiet during study times. • Use designated break times and areas for relaxation respectfully. 10. Communication with Staff • Communicate with staff respectfully—they are here to help. • Share any feedback or concerns politely. 11. Session Times • Sessions last two hours. Please arrive on time and leave promptly at the end. 12. Breaches of Terms • Not following these guidelines may lead to a warning or suspension from using the space.
