At Northorpe, we support children and young people from the ages of 5 to 25.
We offer safe, supportive spaces where you can talk, be listened to, and get help with whatever you’re going through.
Whether things feel overwhelming, confusing, or just a bit too much right now - we’re here to help.

Group Support
Some young people prefer support in a group setting.
We run group sessions, workshops, and projects that focus on wellbeing, confidence, and connection with others.
Recently, those have included Me + My Normal and Riding the Rapids.
Safety in the home.
Sadly, some children and young people experience difficult or unsafe situations at home.
Our work with those who have experienced domestic abuse provides practical and therapeutic help in a safe, supportive space.
We focus on helping young people build resilience, understand their experiences, and feel supported.
This work is funded by the Pennine Domestic Abuse Partnership.
Looked After Children
We also provide therapeutic support for children and young people aged up to 21 who are in the care of their local authority.
This support focuses on emotional wellbeing and helps young people develop positive, trusting relationships with the people around them.
This service is funded by Kirklees.
