Coming Soon! Our daytime workshops will cover a variety of topics and are designed for both primary and secondary-aged children and young people. In addition, we’ll be offering workshops for parents - running alongside the children's sessions as well as welcoming spaces for families to come together, learn, and connect.
Wellbeing Workshops for Children & Young People
At the heart of our workshops is the belief that emotional wellbeing is just as important as academic achievement. We offer a range of engaging, hands-on sessions that create a safe, supportive environment for children and young people to explore life skills, build resilience, and develop healthy habits.
Workshop Highlights:
Diverse Wellbeing Topics - Our sessions cover a wide range of themes, including managing worry, building self-confidence, forming healthy relationships, and more.
Interactive & Fun - Each workshop is designed to be engaging and participatory, with activities that encourage self-reflection, sharing, and growth.
Opportunities to Connect - Workshops include time for social interaction, giving children and young people the chance to meet others and share experiences.
Built-in Breaks & Relaxation- We make sure to include regular breaks, offering time to recharge and reflect in a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

Small Group Sizes - Sessions are limited to a small group to ensure that everyone receives personalised attention and feels comfortable.• Inclusive & Supportive Atmosphere - We create a space where children and young people feel safe to explore their emotions, share their thoughts, and develop new techniques to improve their wellbeing.

Building Emotional Resilience: Develop strategies to cope with challenging emotions and bounce back from setbacks.
Managing Worry and Anxiety: Discover tools and techniques for managing anxiety in a healthy, constructive way.
Body Image and Self Esteem: Explore emotions and gain the tools they need to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin’
Low Mood: Develop tools needed to regain motivation, improve their emotional health, and feel more connected to daily life.
Understanding and Managing Emotions: Explore emotions and gain tools to better understand and manage their emotions and feel more in control and empowered.
