Mentoring for Me

If things feel a bit overwhelming, confusing, or heavy right now, you’re not alone.

Mentoring is a space just for you. It’s a chance to talk to someone who listens, understands, and supports you... without judgement or pressure.

You don’t need to have the right words, and you don’t need to know what you want to talk about,

mentoring starts with where you are.

Keep scrolling to find out more.

What is mentoring like?

  • You’ll be matched with a mentor, an adult who’s there to support you.

  • Your mentor’s role is to listen, encourage you, and help you think things through.

  • They won’t tell you what to do or judge your choices.

  • You’ll meet regularly in a safe, agreed place.

  • Sessions are 1-2-1, relaxed, and focused on what matters to you.

Is Mentoring Right For You?

Mentoring might be helpful if you:

  • Feel stressed, worried, or overwhelmed.

  • Would like someone to talk to, outside of home or school.

  • Want to feel more confident or understood.

  • Are dealing with things at school, at home, or with friends.

  • Just want someone to listen.

You don’t have to agree with all of these things, and you don’t have to know exactly what’s wrong.

If even just one of these feels familiar, mentoring could help.
