Make a Difference Every Day — Join the Team at Northorpe Hall

Some places you join just for the job. At Northorpe Hall, you join for something bigger — a chance to belong, grow, and contribute to something deep and lasting.

Every day, behind the scenes and in conversations with staff, a theme comes up over and over: people talk about “seeing the difference,” “being part of something that matters,” and “working with others who believe.”

The culture here is more than perks or benefits — it’s rooted in a shared passion to transform young lives for the better. You’ll find at Northorpe a team bound by purpose, where your contribution matters daily. We support each other, we grow together, and we hold a shared belief in what we do.

But purpose is only half of it. The practical side matters too. Here, you’ll find leadership who are accessible, strong support and training, flexible working where it’s possible, a health scheme, generous leave, free hot drinks, free parking, cycle schemes, and a modern, welcoming environment.

We don’t just offer a job — we offer a place where your values, your passion, and your skills can thrive, helping to shape real impact.

Exciting Roles You Could Join

“The energy I get from working here is knowing the opportunities Northorpe gives to everyone. Not just the young people we support, but the people who work here too.”

Right now, we have two exciting opportunities to join the Northorpe Hall team — roles that combine purpose, development, and the chance to change lives for the better.

And remember, apply early — we may close applications ahead of schedule if we find the right candidates.

This is a training post: you’ll be supported to become a fully qualified systemic family practitioner, delivering evidence‑based work with children, young people, and their families. You’ll be part of a learning journey — combining supervision, mentoring, and guided practice — all while being embedded in real service delivery.

These roles focus on direct, hands‑on support: you’ll work with children and young people to bolster their emotional health, offer therapeutic input, and help build resilience. The nature of the work will be varied, challenging at times, deeply rewarding always.

If you’re someone with empathy, commitment, courage, and an eagerness to learn and grow, one of these roles might be for you.

If you're looking for more than just a job — if you’re ready to work somewhere that nurtures, challenges, and inspires — this might just be your moment.
