We’re pleased to share an exciting new chapter for Northorpe Hall Child + Family Trust, as we welcome Chris Rowe as our new Chief Executive Officer.

Chris brings with him more than 20 years’ experience leading transformation programmes across public, private, and third-sector organisations. He’s also a CIMA-qualified accountant with a strong track record in operational delivery and he combines all this with a background in Psychotherapy, specialising in support for addiction, ADHD, and anxiety.
What’s more, Chris is passionate about making counselling accessible to those who need it most, especially communities who have historically faced barriers to culturally sensitive support.
A Kirklees local, Chris has a strong personal connection to the area, and he’s said, “Northorpe Hall has a long and proud history of helping children, young people, and their families in the Kirklees area — the place I was born.”
“Having the opportunity to impact the lives of people in that area feels right. I’m looking forward to getting out there and letting as many people as possible know about the work we’re doing, securing funding, and assuring the future of a charity that’s been doing great things for over 60 years.”
With Chris on board, we’re excited to keep supporting children, young people, and families across Kirklees and West Yorkshire — and to explore new ways to transform young lives for many more years to come!
